Mustangs Football Team Registration and Player Pack

2022 CHS Mustangs Football Team Registration.

This is the second step of the 2022 CHS Mustangs Football Registration. This part must be completed along with the ASD High School Sports & Activities Pre-Participation Registration online. 

If you do not have the ASD "Golden Ticket" verifying that you have completed the ASD High School Sports & Activities Pre-Participation Registration, and the ticket provided from this registration we will not be able to complete your registration, and you will not be able to pick up gear, attend practices, or play in games. 

On July 26th you will bring your player to Chugiak High School to verify all registration is complete, and pick up player pack and gear.

• First visit the Activities Office from 2pm to 5pm to verify all steps for High School Sports & Activities Pre-Participation Registration has been completed and receive your “Golden Ticket”.
• Second visit the hallway outside of the Chugiak High School Pool to meet your Mustangs Football Booster Club, verify you have completed the Team Registration and paid, and pick up your player pack items.
• Third and finally go to the Players room to meet the coaches and pick up gear.
