2023 Mustangs Football Team Registration

2023 CHS Mustangs Football Team Registration.

What you are paying for here is steps number 3 & 5) of the 2023 CHS Mustangs Football Registration. Please read the steps below and be sure you have completed up to step 4 before July 25. 

Football Registration consists of all five steps in order. All steps must be completed prior to attending practice: 

1. Get a sports physical
2. Go to ASD High School Sports & Activities Pre-Participation Registration online and complete the ASD side of the registration. This is a lengthy process so be sure to follow All the instructions. There is a $200 fee that goes directly to ASD.
3. Paying for Team Registration with Player Pack (you are here) must be completed prior to July 25th. Money from this step goes DIRECTLY to the Mustangs Football Program and pays for the player pack, travel, and feeding players throughout the season. 
4. Go to the Chugiak High School Activities Office on July 25th and get your ASD Golden Ticket confirming you have completed step 1 and 2.*
5. In person Team Registration: Come with your player to Chugiak High School at 5 pm July 25th to meet the Booster Club, verify you paid for  get your players player pack, and then have your player make their way to the players room to pick up their gear for the season.  

*If you do not have the ASD Golden Ticket verifying that you have completed the ASD High School Sports & Activities Pre-Participation Registration, and the ticket provided from this registration we will not be able to complete your registration, and you will not be able to pick up gear, attend practices, or play in games.
